Literature Text
Brave woman, let me cool your fire,
the one that resides in your chest.
Let your hair down and crack a smile
(for once).
And I know you can do it;
because once you knew happiness
but now it's spent on
whiskey and broken hearts
at the counter, that place
right before the sharp turn left
into hell.
Behind every one of your freckles
lies a story.
(Or a death).
the one that resides in your chest.
Let your hair down and crack a smile
(for once).
And I know you can do it;
because once you knew happiness
but now it's spent on
whiskey and broken hearts
at the counter, that place
right before the sharp turn left
into hell.
Behind every one of your freckles
lies a story.
(Or a death).
The Right to Vote
I'm going to do a poll once a month about which characters I should be focusing on. This is your chance to have a say in what's coming down the tube and let me know which stories you like best. Essentially, you get to pick what comes next. Power to the reader.

I was playing Fallout: New Vegas today and got inspired by Cass, (A.K.A. Rose Of Sharon Cassidy). She's not even my favorite character, I just felt inspired by her personality. Everyone calls her tough and no one wants to mess with her, and that is how she portrays herself with the whiskey, shotgun, and sexuality... However, so doesn't seem to happy to me. I'm just like, 'Lighten up Cass :c' She's almost as emo as Boone~

Anyway, I hope you all like. It's been the first literature thing I've uploaded in maybe a week or two. Feedback is always appreciated!
EDIT- took either by your gun, lies or love off the end because it wasn't really needed.

I think that you were right to remove the line because it is alot less wordy.
